Position Title: Regional Admissions Director (Sales Managment)Location: Valdosta, GA and surrounding areaPOSITION SUMMARY:A professional whose primary function is to develop community relations representatives for all of the PruittHealth managed Health Care Hospice Centers in South Carolina.WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:DIRECT REPORT TO: VP of DevelopmentESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Â· Proven record of accomplishment in the health care industry. Proven ability to supervise others and manage multiple people and locations.Â· Demonstrated capacity to educate Community Relationship Representatives to help grow their markets through organization and strategy skills while calling on physicians, hospitals/facilities and community organizations.Â· Assist Executive Leadership with meeting census requirements in certain regions throughout state.Â· Provide monthly reports to Executive Director of Program Development to include but not be limited to Referrals, Admissions, Conversion Rates, Disposition Days, NTUC information, Deaths, Discharges, and Revocations data.Â· Provide monthly reports comparing data collected to national standards. Provide recommendations toÂ· Executive Leadership regarding data analysis.Â· Provide initial orientation and admissions training for newly hired Sales Partners in our Hospice agencies.Â· Provide ongoing education and training to the sales team concerning new clinical and quality initiatives that improve the care of our patients.Â· Establish and maintain relationships with key contacts in the community.Â· Assists with hiring Community Relationship Representatives within specified agencies as needed.PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:This is a sedentary position and partner is not required to do extensive physical exertion. Partner is rarely required to do any lifting.
