PruittHealth Director of Skilled Nursing Recruiting in NORCROSS, Georgia

JOB PURPOSE:

This position will supervise a team responsible for providing the highest level of staffing services to PruittHealth- HealthCare Centers leaders and partners. The talent acquisition team delivers high quality professional healthcare candidates to support Long Term Care and Skilled Nursing facilities in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida. This individual will develop and implement strategies for full lifecycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, nurses and the community at-large. The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team in executing a proactive recruiting strategy to source, screen, select and hire top talent in the healthcare industry. A wide degree of creativity, priority and long-term recruiting visions, business understanding, and personal organization is required. Development and implementation of a talent acquisition team is essential to the success of this position. The Talent Acquisition manager and team promotes and advances the PruittHealth Corporation brand across numerous markets and professional communities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Develop a strategic road map for Talent Acquisition Healthcare Team—designing a strategy, setting and achieving goals, building a team, driving process improvement, and increasing

internal client satisfaction

  1. Identify, hire, lead and mentor an outstanding team of Recruiting Sources and Coordinators to support the talent acquisition process for PruittHealth facilities.

  2. Execute and drive accountability for an efficient, dynamic full-cycle recruiting process.

  3. Implement employer branding efforts and strategy on various social media and recruiting/networking platforms in the healthcare industry.

  4. Develop and guide the recruiting team in the areas of effective sourcing, interviewing, and assessment of candidates for skilled nursing facilities including RNs, LPNs, CNAs and

support staff.

  1. Drive an efficient, consistent hiring process from start to finish, including driving best practices in hiring process and hiring decisions, interview tools and techniques, number of interviews, routes to managers, best channels, etc.

  2. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with leaders, healthcare organizations, community resources, and other team members to create a partnership that yields success,

predictable results and credibility.

  1. Responsible for recruiting team presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting.

  2. Develop a team able to effectively engage a pipeline of key talent potentially available for

immediate hire as staffing needs dictate.

  1. Initiates and maintain excellent working relations with PruittHealth Partner Service

Managers/Human Resources.

  1. Create and implement workforce planning/reporting on key recruiting metrics to measure team effectiveness, manage capacity, retention and provide actionable insights.

  2. Prepare and present reports to management on recruiting activities to include researching and analyzing hiring trends.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:

B.S. in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline required. MBA or MS preferred.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

8 to 10 years’ experience in full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in the health care related industry.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: (Preferred qualifications)

• Demonstrated ability to develop a successful recruiting team in a high volume, multi-state, - multi-location and fast paced environment.

• An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, relationship management, and due diligence.

• Experience with Taleo, – Applicant Tracking System, highly preferred.

• Proficient skills with Microsoft Office required.
