PruittHealth Assistant Ancillary Services Lead in NORCROSS, Georgia

JOB PURPOSE:

The Assistant Ancillary Services Lead is responsible for leading Partners and activities related to, Shredding, Respiratory and other warehouse processes to ensure our Partners and Client’s service levels and quality expectations are met. He or she must be able to effectively manage all Shredding, Respiratory and other projects. The position requires knowledge of inventory and production processing. Must have a professional attitude and demeanor, as well as a strong work ethic. Other duties include, working with the Ancillary Lead to complete operational duties as needed. The individual will be a proactive, detail-oriented Assistant lead who is committed to leading a process driven operation and providing exceptional service to internal and external Partners. Ensures that all warehouse staff are following set company policy and procedures, and all State and Federal regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in all discussions to streamline and integrate product into existing Med Supply system to process orders and invoice customers/facilities

• Works with the Ancillary Leader to plan, prioritize and complete projects

• Leads and motivates Partners to effectively and efficiently accomplish company goals

• High standard for superior customer service

• Implements Partner relations practices necessary to establish a positive Employer- Partner relationship and promote a high level of Partner morale

• Keeps the Distribution Leader informed of daily activities, and issues. Proposes solutions to all issues

• Must get along with co-workers; maintain effective relationships with management staff, Partner and the general public.

• Follows all company policies and procedures, state and federal laws and regulations and charged with reporting violations to the appropriate supervisor.

• Carries out all duties with a “Commitment to Caring” and in accordance with the company’s mission, vision, and philosophy.

• Maintains confidentiality of company information.

• Demonstrates honesty and integrity at all times.

• Able to respond to change productively and handle additional projects as assigned

• Checks orders for accuracy, oversees the correct shipment of orders, ensuring that all shipments are processed in a timely manner, communicates issues with customer service along with proposing solutions

• Keeps warehouse neat and operational

• Handles all safety concerns immediately

• Oversees the Shredding process and other job duties assigned by Ancillary Lead

• Works with the Ancillary Lead to maintain accurate file disposal of confidential material

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

• Attend and participate in continuing educational programs to keep abreast of changes in your field as well as to maintain current license/certification, as required.

• Attend and participate in mandatory in-services.

• Comply with corporate compliance program.

• Report job-related functions/tasks that involve occupational hazards including exposure to blood and body fluids and others as necessary.

• Follow established safety regulations, to include fire protection & prevention, smoking regulations, infection control, etc.

• Follow established safety procedures when performing tasks and/or working with equipment.

• Perform other related duties as necessary and as directed by supervisor.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:

Highschool Degree or equivalent

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• 1+years recent experience in medical repair and warehouse environment or supply chain logistics

• 1+years of material handling experience (stand on forklift/Cherry picker/Reach truck).

• Strong understanding of all warehouse processes and their connection to WMS.

• Ability to use systems and technology to multi-task, manage time and create efficiencies.

• Highly detailed oriented with critical focus on warehouse organization

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: (Preferred qualifications)

• 1+years experience as Warehouse Lead using RF Scanner.
